APMG Change Management™ Practitioner

To enrol in the Practitioner level of Change Management, you must have successfully passed the Foundation exam and received your award. You will also require a current version of Change Management Study Guide. If you are unsure about your version, please reach out to us at support@im.edu.au.

This course is targeted at those who are employed as:

• Change manager.
• Change analyst.
• Business improvement officer/manager.
• Line manager.
• Change consultant.
• Change director.
• Project manager.
• Business analyst.

Access to the eLearning content is available for twelve months from date of provisioning.

This two (2) day course blends theory with practical activities to aid learning and includes the practitioner level examination.

• Understand the key principles to be learnt by all involved in a change initiative.
• Appreciate the ‘project’ environment in which change is governed and delivered, and change managed.
• Learn about the organisational ‘levers’, adoption approaches and reinforcing systems typically used to sustain change, so that it becomes embedded in an organisation.

• Multiple choice.
• 40 minute duration.
• 25 out of 50 pass mark.
• Closed book.

Successful completion of the exam will enable students to receive their certificate direct from APMG.
