Trainers and consultants visit the workplace and sit alongside the workshop participant, identifying opportunities to apply concepts learnt to deliver real improvements in performance.
Our focus is not to do the work for the participant – rather, through questioning techniques we aim to facilitate the client’s own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions.
