PRAXIS™ Practitioner

Candidates seeking to attain the Praxis Practitioner Certification must have previously attained the Praxis Foundation Course Certification.

This course suits:

• Project Board members
• Programme Sponsors
• Business Change Managers
• Team Managers
• Project and Programme Assurance
• Aspirant Chartered Project Professionals (ChPP)

Face to face learning delivery for two (2) days

By the end of the course, delegates will possess in-depth knowledge of Praxis methodology.
You will learn about:

• Understand the relationships between the roles, documents, functions, techniques and processes
• Be able to apply the roles, functions, techniques and processes to a P3 scenario
• Be able to create and assess P3 documents for a given scenario

• Complex multiple-choice questions
• 2 ½ hours duration
• Open book (only the Praxis Framework can be referred to)
• 50% pass mark (40 marks out of 80)

Successful completion of the exam will enable students to receive their certificate
