Candidates seeking to attain the MSP Practitioner Certification must have previously attained the MSP Foundation Certification.

• Self-paced eLearning course (12 month expiry)
• Online examination accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days per week (12-month expiry).

Instructor-led sessions can be provided in both face to face and virtual settings.

The course is typically a 3-day course depending on the learning needs of the cohort.

You will learn about:

• Describe and apply all facets of programme management, in accordance with the MSP method
• Set up and manage complex programmes, tailoring MSP while ensuring effective integration of projects
• Monitor the objectives of a programme and make the essential adjustments needed to respond to changes in the environment; and
• Will be fully prepared for the Practitioner Exam

Successful completion of the exam will enable students to receive their certificate direct from PeopleCert
