This two (2) day course aims to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to create an environment that enables and supports the application of innovation. Participants will learn to implement creativity in every aspect of the workplace.

Day Two

Champion innovation in the workplace

  • Figurative language to encourage creative ideas.
  • Change mindsets and appreciative inquiry.
  • Overcome barriers to creativity.

Innovative workplace practices

  • Champion creativity in the workplace.
  • Techniques and strategies to enhance team decision making.
  • Learn the methods of successful innovative organisations.
