For the Agile PM Practitioner course, participants must have successfully completed the Agile PM Foundation exam.

The aim of Agile Project Management Foundation Course is to learn how to:

• Describe the philosophy and principles of Agile
• Explain the lifecycle of an Agile Project, including alternative configurations
• Analyse products produced during an Agile project and their purpose
• Employ Agile PM techniques and review their benefits and limitations to a project
• Define the roles and responsibilities within an Agile project

The aim of Agile Project Management Practitioner Course is to learn how to:

• Apply a variety of agile practices to a project, for example, workshops, the MoSCoW technique to define project priorities, iterative development and modelling
• How to test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project
• Facilitation and support mechanisms within an Agile project
• The agile approach to manage and prioritise requirements

• Multiple-choice format
• 50 questions per paper
• 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
• 40 minute duration
• Closed book

For Agile PM Practioner

• Open Book – (only the official AgilePM manual is allowed)
• 2 Hours, 30 Minutes Duration
• 40 out of 80 Pass Mark
• 4 Questions (20 points per question)

Successful completion of the exam will enable students to receive their certificate from APMG.

Successful completion of the exam will enable students to receive their certificate from APMG.
