AgileBA® Practitioner

Participants must have successfully completed the AgileBA® Foundation exam.

The AgileBA® Practitioner certification and builds on the knowledge gained in the AgileBA® Foundation course.
This course suits:

• Professionals certified in AgileBA® Foundation
• Agile team members who want to become Agile Business Analysts

• 1 year access to the learning platform.
• 12 lessons (5 hours of video recorded by accredited teachers).
• Downloadable PDF documents with detailed content (slides, explanations) for each lesson.
• Mid-course quiz with immediate online correction.
• 1 practice exam.
• To complete the course and have optimal exam preparation, we recommend spending at least 21 hours of study.

The aim of the Agile Business Analyst Practitioner course is to:

• Be able to produce and evaluate BA produced Agile products
• Identify and apply appropriate Agile practices
• Understand how to test, estimate and evaluate benefits realisation in Agile projects
• Gain AgileBA® Practitioner certification

The workshop builds on the content covered in the AgileBA® Foundation workshop, including:

• The role of the Business Analyst in an Agile world
• Agile Fundamentals and AgileBA®
• The Agile Business Case
• Stakeholders, Requirements and User Stories, Prioritisation, Facilitated Workshops, Modelling and Prototyping using AgileBA® techniques
• Controlling an Agile project including Timeboxing and Iterative Development, Requirements Planning and Estimating

• Open book – using only the official AgileBA® text
• 150 minute duration
• 40 out of 80 pass mark

On successful completion of the exam, students will receive their certification from APMG
