Institute of Management currently requires the expertise of two Senior relationship managers to drive new business and business development opportunities for this growing, successful and well respected business.
We have identified that these roles can be based in either of the following locations
• Sydney
• Brisbane
Summary
• Lead the sales strategies and activities in the assigned region to achieve the corporate revenue targets for both blueVisions and Institute of Management;
• Identity and secure work with new clients;
• Grow your assigned customer accounts;
• Manage assigned accounts including client reporting, invoicing and collections;
• Research and understand the market, our target organisations, and the decision-making process within those businesses; and
• Actively and regularly engage with industry
Key Tasks
• Meet agreed KPI’s as defined below;
• Build and convert the sales pipeline into successful clients;
• Create and conduct proposals, presentations and RFP responses;
• Manage all client reporting, invoicing and collections
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business codes;
• Keep up-to-date intelligence on competitors;
• Liaise with other managers to share market intelligence;
• Centrally track all information in our corporate systems and CRM (Dynamics);
• Be available for performance and status meetings; and
• Ownership of government funding in the assigned region.
Essential experience & Criteria
• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role in a similar market sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, conscientious and adaptable with excellent organisational and
communication skills.
