Oracle's Primavera Risk Analysis is a powerful, robust and easy-to-use solution for globally prioritizing, planning, managing and executing projects risk management. It provides full lifecycle risk analytics solution integrating cost and schedule risk management. Primavera Risk Analysis provides a comprehensive means of determining confidence levels of project success together with quick and easy techniques for determining contingency and risk response plans.

This course is designed for industry professionals with project planning and control experience, risk professionals and cost controllers. It covers the subject of risk management from identification of risks related to cost and time, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, planning for mitigations and risk responses and monitoring the planned risks during the course of project.
