This three (3) day course course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to successfully develop skills that enable individuals and organizations to set business objectives, plan and organize and seek solutions to problems.

In more detail, the course focuses on identifying the cause of problems, implementing tools and techniques to develop solutions as well as developing a systematic approach to evaluating and monitoring the success of corrective actions taken.

Employees and individuals at all levels within an organization, who are required to troubleshoot, analyse the root cause of problems and make decisions will benefit from this course.
