This two (2) day course is designed for those who want to manage teams effectively in an organisation. Participants will develop a working knowledge to promote a win-win culture. This incorporates a clear pathway to resolve conflict and ensure a culture of trust and accountability.

Delivery Strategy

This two (2) day course has been designed by our senior trainers who combine industry experience with academic excellence.

Our program design and delivery is based on adult learning principles and experiential learning.

Participants will also receive a state-of-the-art student manual with all reference material, PowerPoint presentations and activities.

Day One

Build a workplace environment that enhances performance

  • Define motivation.
  • The energy, direction, and persistence aspects of motivation.
  • Develop an understanding of motivation physiological models.

Create a culture of loyalty and maintain effective relationships within teams

  • Identify individual and team needs and goals.
  • Develop work activities that motivate inner self.
  • Ensure self-monitoring and build esteem.
  • Maintain positive attitudes towards others and self.
  • Activities throughout the module.

Day Two

Effectively motivate individuals at all levels of the organisation

  • Set clear goals and manage needs.
  • Describe different personality types and the need for various motivational tools.
  • Motivate across multicultural environment.
  • Reward equitably and consistently.
  • Design appropriate reward system.

Identify specific challenges and apply strategies to overcome them

  • Identify challenges in team performance.
  • Assess performance gaps and processes.
  • Develop a performance that is meaningful and rewarding.
  • Activities throughout the module.
