Delivery Strategy

Day One

Define teams in an organisation

Discuss effective team performance

  • Discuss behaviours of a highly effective team.
  • Develop a win-win culture.
  • Embrace positive norms and team culture.

Build trust and commitment

  • Encourage constructive negotiation to resolve conflict.
  • Encourage participation and honest communication.
  • Act as a role model

Day Two

Apply a coaching plan

  • Discuss GROW model
  • Implement a GROW discussion.
  • Agree on individual development plan.

Implement an individual performance plan

  • Monitor team performance
  • Appraise team performance
  • Instil a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Manage underperformance.
