Course Objectives

This two (2) days course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to establish and develop relationships with business key stakeholders, and roles and responsibilities in today's business environment. This course will provide participants with the tools and techniques for developing strong communication skills, evaluate roles and responsibilities in the business and undertake any revisions necessary to improve and maintain successful working relationships.

  • The two (2) day face to face delivery course which will give participants the time to understand, practice and apply the concepts of customer service excellence.
  • Each participant receives a workbook containing relevant theories and activities to guide them to achieve the learning outcomes and understand the industry best practices identified.

  • General discussion about participant' experience within the industry
  • Defining stakeholders and their importance
  • Identifying, evaluating and employing personal development opportunities
  • Identifying and practicing the 3 C's of relationship management
  • Confidence, pride and relationships
  • Enhance knowledge, skills and work relationships
  • Define and distinguish between 3 types of networking

Day Two

  • CRM - Client Relationship management
  • Identify needs, wants and preferred communication styles and methods
  • Monitoring preferences: appreciation and recognition
  • Stages of building trust and rapport with - internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
  • Obtaining constructive feedback and monitoring progress
  • Strategic thinking: Develop loyalty strategies and long - term relationships Identifying a win - win vision
  • Business associations and professional development activities
