This two (2) days course aims to describe the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to develop and monitor implementation of the operational plan to provide efficient and effective workplace practices within the organisation.

  • Format measures for monitoring or evaluating the efficiency or effectiveness of a system.
  • Development of processes to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to contribute to team and individual operational planning.
