This two (2) day course covers the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to successfully develop mastery in innovation creativity. Elite leaders foster innovation and can balance process consistency with innovation and serendipity.

This course contains theories in change management and organisational development to assist leaders to reinvigorate the entire workplace to stay competitive in the global market.

  6. Behaviours of creative thinkers and the secrets of innovators.
  7. The seven pillars of innovation practices.
  8. The art of networking, group processes and group dynamics.

Day One

Provide strategic leadership for innovation and creativity management

  • Innovation, problem-solving skills and the role of the manager.
  • Distinguish between analytical problem solving and creative problem solving.
  • Learn analytical problem solving technique.
  • Learn guidelines and techniques to enhance problem-solving ability creatively.

Influence mindset of teams and individuals to foster change

  • Organise workgroup to champion innovation.
  • Create an environment of trust.
  • Emphasise alignment of employee wellness.
  • Manage chaos and uncertainty in teams.

Day Two

Implement a change management model

  • Lead change processes and foster collaboration.
  • Create a vision and communicate constantly.
  • Empower team to act on vision.

Monitor and evaluate innovation and creativity program

  • Implement evaluation processes relating to change management.
  • Celebrate success and small wins.
  • Record lessons learnt.
