Foundation of Management

Course Objectives

This two (2) day course is designed to expose participants to current management concepts, theories and tools. Participants will acquire the skills and knowledge required to effectively perform in a management role while simultaneously and positively representing their company and building solid relationships with a range of stakeholders.
