Welcoming Visitors

Face to face duration: 2 days

Course Objectives

This two (2) day course is designed to expose participants to the detailed elements of welcoming visitors in a professional manner and in line with organisational requirements and expectations. Participants will learn the skills and knowledge required to deal with a range of stakeholders, including those from differing cultural backgrounds. Additionally, this course will enforce the importance of visitor follow up and effective information collation.

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
