Dean is an experienced VET and corporate trainer with a strong background in leadership, business, project management, and compliance. He leads quality assurance, courseware development, and strategic delivery for major L&D contracts. Holding an Advanced Diploma of Leadership & Management, Advanced Diploma of Program Management, Diploma of Business, and a Dual Diploma in Vocational Education & Training and Training Design (TAE50116/TAE50216), Dean
brings both depth of knowledge and practical insight to every learning environment.
Marion is a Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) with over 25 years’ experience in capability uplift, project, program, and portfolio management, learning strategy, and RTO operations. With a BCom in Business Management & Industrial Psychology and a suite of certifications including PMP®, PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP®, AgilePM®, and Praxis Framework Professional, she brings deep expertise to every session. Known as an “add to the book” facilitator, Marion delivers dynamic, story-rich training that helps students reimagine their career paths and thrive in the workplace. Her qualifications also include TAE40116, Learning Program Design & Moderation, and Diplomas in Project Management and Computer Programming.
