His industry experience besides Power Station Construction projects including Phosphate mining to Pharmaceutical & Brewery projects, to troubleshooting Aircraft Manufacturing and Defense, Petro-Chemical plant, Chemical plant, Materials Handling, Distilleries, Rotary Kilns, Minerals Processing, Soap Manufacturing, Wastewater Treatment, and Paper Mills.
Ian has 36 years' experience in the Australian construction industry, in roles ranging from architect to ICT business analyst, senior design manager and senior project manager. Passionate about innovation and sustainability, Ian's experience spans residential, health, education, commercial, retail and mixed-use buildings.Â Having spent much of his career working for top tier integrated property companies, Ian has a track record of successfully delivering large, complex and high-profile projects.
Maroon is a qualified civil engineer with over 20 years of civil engineering experience. Maroon has worked in different countries in the Middle East, Africa, Papua New Guinea and Australia. Maroon has owned his own consultancy firm since 1996 and provided services to department of public works, city councils and top tier contractors. The services provided include project management, quality control, quality assurance, project planning, procurement, design management, estimation, D&C tenders, road pavement maintenance design, pavement structure design, site investigation for bulk earthwork and pavement materials availability.

He has also worked as an airport planning consultant which enabled him to become an expert in the planning of new airport telecommunication and navigation equipment as well as to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of those equipment from procurement point of few.
Arief has more than 19 years' experience in architecture under his belt; having taken the role of engineering expert to team leader and planning, review, and supervisions both in design and construction phase. Sadaf has over 10 years of work experience in planning and controlling of construction projects with very solid background in design of structures. Paul is a civil engineer with around 7 years' experience in both contractor and client sides. Paul started his career as a contractor-side project engineer, then he obtained different certifications in project management and started working as a project controls engineer for tier 1 contractors in Dubai where he was part of greater teams in charge of tracking, monitoring and controlling projects budgeting and schedules.
