PMP® Project Management Professional Examination Preparation

Face-to-face duration: 5 days
PDU's: 35

Course Objectives

This exam preparation workshop for the PMP® certification will provide project managers with the applicable knowledge to pass the examination on the first attempt. The examination for the Project Management Institute (PMI®) PMP® credential covers a defined knowledge base outlined in the PMP® Exam Specification, not just the text, A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMBOK® Guide), although the latter is the basis of the certification and examination.

This five (5) day course covers the full spectrum of project management knowledge needed to succeed in the PMP® examination supported by PMP® exam-style questions.

The key differentiator of our PMP® examination preparation workshop is the study method used for the PMP® certification examination. All study materials have been developed by our PMP® certified trainers and include plenty of practice with the PMP® question format through sample test quizzes and a practice examination. Student scores from our practice quizzes are a good indicator of their likely performance in the PMP® exam. We guarantee to keep working with students until they pass the practice examination.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Understand the application process and eligibility to sit the exam.
  2. Understand the latest PMBOK® Guide 6th Edition and the project management principles covered by the PMP® examination objectives.
  3. Evaluate own readiness to take the PMP® certification examination.
  4. Answer correctly eight (8) practice questions out of 11 in the PMP® sample quiz.
  5. Achieve a score of over 75% in the practice examination to give a good indication of preparation for the actual examination.

Benefits

  • Provides a framework of information through references and proprietary materials to allow participants to acquire the PMI®-specific knowledge required to pass the examination.
