PMP® Project Management Professional Exam Preparation

Face-to-face duration: 5 days
PDU's: 35

Course Objectives

This PMP® Certification Exam preparation workshop will provide project managers with the applicable knowledge to pass the examination on the first attempt. The examination for the PMP® credential covers a defined knowledge base outlined in the PMP® Exam Specification, not just A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) Fifth Edition (although this is the basis of the certification and exam).

This five (5) day course covers the full spectrum of project management knowledge needed to succeed in the PMP® exam supported by PMP® exam-style questions.

The key differentiator of our PMP® exam preparation workshop is the study method used for the PMP® certification exam. All PMP® study materials have been developed by our PMP® certified trainers and include plenty of practice with the PMP® question format through PMP® sample test quizzes and a practice examination. Student scores from our PMP® practice quizzes give a good indication of their likely performance in the PMP® exam. We guarantee to keep working with students until they pass the practice examination.

Learning Outcomes

  2. Understand the latest Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide 5th edition and the PM principles covered by the PMP® exam objectives.
