Course Objectives

This one (1) day workshop has been specifically designed to explain the various types of contracting approaches and some of the most common contracting forms available in the industry. You will learn the roles, responsibilities and obligations of the parties under the Contract and best practice methodologies for managing variation and extension of time claims.

The workshop explores the structure of contracts; the relationship between parties; interpretation of contract clauses and requirements; and management of contractual claims.
