Procurement

Contract Management

Contract Management is critical to ensuring clients achieve value for money and contract risks are minimised. blueVisions is focused on increasing project certainty and reducing risk and has fully accredited contract management systems as well as extensive demonstrated, successful experience.

Our approach begins with the development of clear and concise performance-based statements of work, followed by the preparation of a contract administration plan that cost-effectively measures the contractor's performance and provides documentation to pay accordingly. Additionally, it includes those activities performed by a contracts manager after a contract has been awarded to determine performance requirements of both the client and contractor to meet the contract requirements.

blueVisions has full ISO/AS 9001 and OH&S accreditation. Our team also has an excellent understanding of AS4000 as well as demonstrated experience with the Building and Construction Industry Securities of Payments Act.
