Course Overview

APMG's Change Management Foundation course is quite possibly the most value packed, change management short course in the world! It provides an internationally recognised Change Management certification. It is fully aligned with the Change Management Institute’s (CMI) Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK).

The Foundation course uses the Effective Change Manager’s Handbook as its basis. It enables a candidate to gain a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Change Management to work on organisational change initiatives. The Foundation certification is also a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certification.

This three (3) day course blends theory with case studies and practical activities to aid learning.
