Responsibilities:
• Define service goal and set up direction for managed service organization
• Plan budget, control the costs, and manage the finance during operation
• Lead managed service organization both administrative and technical aspects to provide excellent service to customer
• Take charge of resource management including network elements, logistics, human resources, and documents
• Manage day to day MS operations, review reports and take immediate action on any abnormal emerging issues
• Achieve end-to-end KPI level and SLA and take action for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• More than 10 years of experience in leading Managed Service organizations as senior manager or director
• Having strong strategic insight on ICT operation and maintenance
• Be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management of O&M team
• Excellent presentation skills and customer relationship
