Summary of the role:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies and activities in (Region – NSW Or VIC)
2. Maintain a strong understanding of the market and assess current and future opportunities
3. Manage leads and prospects
4. Prepare formal responses to opportunities
5. Build strong relationships with clients with a focus on continually adding value
6. Act as single point of contact for all client services delivered
7. Identify and actively participate in industry engagements (e.g. events, conferences)

Experience

1. At least 10 years’ experience in business development and business relationship management;
2. Track record working preferably in the education market or a related HR / L&D area;
3. Experience maintaining all client information within a single corporate CRM tool;
