Job Descriptions

Be responsible of brand marketing communication activities. Independently operate industry events of product and solutions or special business. Be responsible brand marketing communication project management, agency management, partner communication, presentation, training, marketing documentation writing.

• Industry events planning. Be responsible for solutions & product, Indonesia BU or key accounts marketing communication yearly review and planning.
• Marketing Event Management. Be responsible for marketing event project management. Including project communication internal and external, objective, budget, executing plan and project HR in terms of before, during and after. Deliver project report to management team.
• Agency management. Be capable for accurate briefing to agency and partner, monitor and evaluate their work. Discover potential agencies and update the agency pool.
• Visual communication. Design and guide the output of visual communication materials.
• Marketing documentation writing. Take charge of internal and external marketing documentation writing, e.g. brand marketing strategy, events planning, product solution or regional marketing documentation, advertising documentation, press release.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years ICT industry marketing work experience, 500 fortune company is preferred  
• Professional project management skills. Be capable and rich experience for large project management.
• Be capable of risk and problem management. Be able to management and resolve problems during planning and execution of projects.
• Be capable of market intelligence collection and strategic analysis, best industry practice analysis and competition analysis.
• Professional communication skills. Be able to take responsibility for report, communication and coordination among multiple internal and external organizations.
• Multiple culture adaptation. Good orient and local culture and knowledge.
• Professional fluent English reading and writing.
• 3+ years of brand marketing communication or relevant experiences in ICT industry.
• Willing to travel across South Asia region, able to delivery project in fixed dateline with pressure
